This year (2020) we set a record for a super speedy renovation – 2 weeks for a charming 3.5 storey shop house office. They came to us in early Jan stating that they needed us to handover 31 Jan as their big boss was coming over from US to do a press interview on 4 Feb. We were confident that we could turnaround in time and meet the timeline. We could do what others couldn’t, we had a great team of contractors and some were even willing to stay open only for us during the CNY period.
They only managed to get the keys to their new office on 17 Jan. We started on 17 Jan and handed over 31 Jan for them to move in, that’s 2 weeks and a new record for us!
